What is your return/refund policy?

We take great pride in our products and the service we provide to you our customers. However if there is a problem with the order you placed, we will try our best to make you happy and resolve the issue. Our customer service department must authorize all returns prior to them being shipped back. Be advised that we do not offer refunds but rather an exchange or issue a store credit. Please take this into consideration when checking-out. Double-check your order just to be sure and if you have any questions please call our toll free number, we are here to help!

Due to the nature of some of our products, some items (for example food related items) are non-returnable. Items that are eligible for return must be authorized by our customer service department, must be unopened, unused and returned within 14 days of the date your order was received. If opting for the store credit, it will be provided only after the return has been received, inspected and assessed with a 15% restocking fee. Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

What items are non-returnable?

Any items that are opened and used can not be returned. Items such as balloons, food related containers and utensils and food products are also non-returnable due to health hazards.

What if items in my order are incorrect or missing?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority! Please review your order within 48 hours of receiving your package and if it is incomplete please contact us at customerservice@partystock.ca. In your email, please include full details of your order including, order number, what is missing or what incorrect item was placed in your package. You will receive a response within 24 hours.
