Whether you are planning a birthday party in the winter or summer, the magical world of Frozen is continuing to be one of the most popular party themes of this year. We helped a friend recreate the snowy wonderland for her daughter’s 4th birthday with some beautiful blue, silver and white details and of course lots of yummy treats.
You would probably be surprised to know that the kid’s table is made up of 3 large cardboard boxes taped together and a white paper table cloth taped over them. For the tableware, we used silver sparkle plates with matching silver cupsdecorated with snowflake stickers and topped with silver and light blue straws. Each place setting had light blue cutlerywrapped with a light blue napkin and tied with a silver ribbon.
The dessert and appetizer tables were draped with white table cloths, shimmery silver overlays and the front was decorated with tissue paper garlands. We used our little white birch trees on each side and hung adorable little birds, sparkly snowflakes and silver ornaments from them. The backdrop of the dessert table was the little girl’s favorite poster of Elsa and Ana.
The sweet treats consisted of individually wrapped rice krispies drizzled with blue chocolate, marshmallows on a stick dip in white chocolate and blue sprinkles, mini silver lined cupcakes, snowflake cookies, and blue jello cups tied with a wooden spoon.
We were so happy to be part of this magical party for my friend’s sweet little princess. With so many little girls in love with Frozen, this theme was very easy to put together and all the little girls at the party were so happy to see the Frozen world come to life.
Happy Party Planning!
