At PartyStock we take great pride in our products and the service we provide to you our customers. However, if there is a problem with the order you placed, we will try our best to make you happy and resolve the issue.
If you have received something that you’re not head over heels for, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss a refund.*
The credit that you receive on your refund will apply only to the purchase price; shipping and processing fees will not be refunded.
*You MUST contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund as no refunds will be given without prior approval.
What We Don’t Offer Returns On
Due to the nature of the following products we don’t offer refunds on any of the following*:
- opened products
- food or candy items
- colored decorations such as pom poms, candles, etc…
- custom ordered items that have been personalized specifically for you
- Finally, due to the heat of the summer, any candle orders that have shipped via ground mail in the summer months (May 1st – September 1st) are not eligible for refunds
*Sometimes accidents can happen. While we don’t normally offer refunds on the listed items, if your order has a damaged item, please contact us. Candles shipped ground mail in the listed months are not applicable.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
